A fun day out for the outdoor explorers
Located at the Big Pineapple on the Sunshine Coast, the huge TreeTop Challenge is where you can all embark on an epic adventure, exploring over 10 acres of breathtaking rainforest. This high rope adventure park winds its way between spectacular tall trees and dense green vegetation, offering a totally new perspective of the Sunny Coast’s magical environment!
Explore this incredible place at your own pace, where you’ll experience an exhilarating day out in nature as you conquer personal goals and have tonnes of fun.
Everyone will need some level of fitness to complete the course because you’ll all need the strength to climb through the trees! It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete a circuit, and around 3 hours to complete the entire Sunshine Coast park.
Ready to get out there and challenge yourself?
You can take it slowly and start the easy courses first to build yourself up for the extreme courses!
The easy green and purple courses are for ages 8+ and suitable for the whole family, offering an excellent chance to immerse yourselves in the rainforest and gain confidence up high. The third course will push you a little more, as you’ll be faced with huge ziplines, ninja games, and increase your ascent into the sky. And – you can explore these 4 huge courses multiple times!
If you tackle the first ones calmly within your stride, then take yourself to new levels in the final two black circuits. These challenges are for ages 14+ and will push you out of your comfort zone. These might just be the highest and scariest high ropes courses in Australia! See what you think…

TreeTop Challenge Juniors, ages 3 to 9
Savour the thrill on your child’s face after they zipline amongst the stunning rainforest and conquer any fears on the 70 high rope challenges, 5 amazing ziplines and 5 incredible courses!
Depending on how brave your children are feeling, they can start easy and work their way up to the harder circuit. The courses gradually increase in height into the canopy and delve deeper into the rainforest.
The toughest courses are designed for ages 5 to 9 and will challenge your child as they are suspended high up in the canopy! Here they will get to glide through the treetops and will likely keep talking about this exhilarating experience for a long time to come.
Each session lasts for 2 hours which includes a 30-minute induction of equipment fitting and training, and then your child is free to do as many courses as they like.

TreeTop Challenge Adults, ages 8+
Now for the adults and children ready for more adventure! Featuring 6 unique courses from easy to extreme, you’ll encounter challenges crafted just for the Sunshine Coast TreeTop Challenge. The high rope courses will appeal to the adrenaline junkies and those looking to push themselves to their limit.
You will get your heart pumping as you navigate 120 exciting high rope games, suspend up to 35m from the ground and feel free as a bird whizzing along 12 ziplines spanning from 20m to 140m!
